Educators developed iClicker at the University of Illinois. iClicker allows your students to participate using laptops, mobile devices, or iClicker remotes. Bring flexibility to your classroom by asking poll questions on the fly. With iClicker, instructors can facilitate active learning activities, give quizzes, and provide graded quizzes within minutes.

Another benefit of iClicker is the ability to track student attendance. Use GPS technology to ensure that students are attending class. Attendance codes are no longer shared via text.

iClicker products are mapped to the WCAG 2.0 level AA compliance standards. ApplicableVPATs are accessible at https://www.iclicker.com/accessibility. iClicker offers a version of iClicker remotes with Braille embossments and vibrations for students with visual impairment.

Getting Started with iClicker

To get started with iClicker, go to http://files.iclicker.com/support/K-State/ to download the iClicker software for Windows or Mac.

In Canvas, you will need to add the iClicker app to your course navigation. View the Adding a Supported Third-Party App article for step-by-step instructions.
